We are experienced home exchangers and we will care for your home. We offer, for non-smokers, a large comfortable home with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, formal dining room, living room with fireplace, modern kitchen, sunroom, etc. in a pleasant north Berkeley neighborhood. We enjoy our large garden and patio area.
Our home is located close to all attractions, the University, the gourmet ghetto, Tilden Park, museums, sports, and activities. We can use public transportation conveniently, as buses and the BART are within walking distance. We would be willing to offer a car exchange that would include our 2006 Toyota Camry. We can also offer the use of our bicycles.
We are retired college teachers and we would like to exchange 2-3 weeks almost anywhere in Europe, and/or the East Coast. We are open to other offers, including non-simultaneous exchanges since we have a second home in Cotuit on Cape Cod that may also be available for exchange.
